If you are a contractor, did you submit your client contract letter stated how long you will be in the project? Your I got denied based on your employer current creditability. But your employer never informed you. Lots of layoff in your company 5. You are working at client place without proper labor certificate for that location 6.

If you are contractor, and working through some vendor means your employer is not a direct vedor, 3rd party to the clientit is unlikely your employer can provide proof of your client letter, unless client knows the fact and issue the letter. So you never know the reason until you receive the denial notice.
